General Eligibility
Contests on 107.3 The Party are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, unless otherwise specified in the contest-specific rules. Employees of NRG Media, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
Entry methods vary by contest and may include on-air call-ins, text messages, online forms, social media submissions, or in-person registration at station events. Unless otherwise stated, limit one entry per person per contest. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
Prize Terms
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. NRG Media reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use.
Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of the first notification attempt, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Additional Terms
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of station management, which are final and binding in all respects.
- NRG Media is not responsible for technical failures, network errors, or other issues that may prevent entry submission or prize delivery.
- By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- NRG Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any contest at any time without prior notice.
- All contests are void where prohibited by law.
